Ida B. Owen, 90, passed away October 11, 2014 in Mesa, Arizona. Visitation is Friday, October 17, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Bunker’s Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ. Funeral services are Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 10 AM at the LDS Elmwood Ward, 925 N. Harris, Mesa, AZ, with visitation one hour prior to services. Interment at City of Mesa Cemetery.

So sorry to hear about Aunt Ida. Many fond memories of times with Aunt Ida and Uncle Mel, especially the time that Jack and I brought Grandma Mary to visit Uncle Mel in the Veteran’s home. How the years have flown by. This year my Christmas card came back, so I don’t have an address for anyone — but our love and sympathy to all the family. I’m glad Don Scott can get to the services. We are thinking of you today. Aunt Ida has never failed to stay in touch with us and she has endured all the changes in her 90 years of life with grace. What a kind and wonderful example she was to all of you. I plan to attend visitation and the services on Saturday in celebration of this life.
